Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the affiliate program of OptimalFitness for the mobile app LiftBetter - Perfect Workouts.

1. Parties and definitions

Company / we / us: OptimalFitness, operator of the LiftBetter mobile application and related websites.

Product: the mobile app LiftBetter - Perfect Workouts and related digital services, including paid subscriptions and in‑app purchases.

Affiliate / you: any natural person or legal entity who joins our affiliate program and is accepted by OptimalFitness.

Affiliate account: the account you create to access the affiliate dashboard and your tracking data.

Affiliate channel: any online channel you control (for example a website, app, social media account, video or audio channel, newsletter) where you promote the mobile app LiftBetter - Perfect Workouts.

Affiliate code: the unique affiliate code you provide to your audience to promote the mobile app LiftBetter. Users enter this code in the in‑app paywall to unlock 10% off.

Customer: an end user who signs up for a paid LiftBetter - Perfect Workouts subscription through your Affiliate code.

Commission: the fee we pay you for qualifying Customer subscriptions, as described in these terms and/or in your dashboard or separate offer.

2. Joining the program

2.1 To join, you must submit the registration form truthfully and provide all requested information.

2.2 By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these affiliate terms and conditions.

2.3 OptimalFitness reviews every application and may accept or reject an application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

2.4 We may reject or later remove Affiliates whose channels:

• contain illegal, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, violent or otherwise inappropriate content;
• mislead users or harm the reputation of OptimalFitness or LiftBetter;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• exist primarily to exploit tracking, cookies or other technical tricks rather than adding real content or value.

3. Nature of the program

3.1 We sell access to a fitness training app (LiftBetter), not physical products on a marketplace website.

3.2 As an Affiliate, you promote the LiftBetter App and receive commission on qualifying paid app subscriptions started through your Affiliate code.

3.3 You act as an independent partner. You are not an employee, agent or representative of OptimalFitness and are not authorised to make offers or commitments on our behalf.

4. Promotion rules

4.1 You may promote the LiftBetter App only on Affiliate channels that you have registered with us and that we have approved.

4.2 You must always make it clear that:

• you are promoting LiftBetter as an Affiliate; and
• subscriptions are concluded directly between the Customer and OptimalFitness (via the app stores and/or our own payment provider).

4.3 You may not:

• pretend to be OptimalFitness, LiftBetter or official customer support;
• run paid search ads (e.g. Google Ads) that bid on our brand names “OptimalFitness” or “LiftBetter”, or close variations, without our written permission;
• use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews or other deceptive practices;
• offer your own discounts or guarantees that we have not explicitly approved in writing;
• discourage Customers from reading our own terms of service or privacy policy.

4.4 If you use social media or content platforms, you must comply with their rules and clearly disclose that your content contains affiliate promotion (for example “#ad”, “#affiliate” or similar, where legally required).

5. Commission and payouts

5.1 You are entitled to commission only for paid subscriptions where:

• the Customer started the subscription through your Affiliate code according to our tracking; and
• the first payment has been successfully collected and not refunded within the applicable refund period.

5.2 Commission is paid as flat one‑time amounts per qualifying referral, based on the subscription type and your current commission tier. Every affiliate starts at Tier 1. There are three tiers:

• Tier 1: $5 per monthly referral, $7.50 per quarterly referral, $10 per yearly referral, $20 per lifetime subscription.
• Tier 2 (unlocked after 5 promotions): $7.50, $10, $15, and $30 respectively.
• Tier 3 (unlocked after 10 referrals): $10, $15, $20, and $50 respectively.

A promotion is any post where the LiftBetter app is shown or mentioned in any way. A referral is a paid subscription started through your Affiliate code. The current structure is also described on the “Become an affiliate” page and in your affiliate dashboard. We may update the commission structure for future referrals; if we do, we will publish the new structure on our site or notify you in advance.

5.3 Your commission tier at the time a referral qualifies determines the amount paid for that referral. Commission amounts are fixed per tier and subscription type as described in section 5.2, not calculated as a percentage of net revenue.

5.4 Payouts are normally made monthly on the 7th of each month for your confirmed unpaid commission.

5.4.1 Confirmed commission relating to a given calendar month will be paid out as soon as reasonably practical and in any case no later than 60 days after the end of the month in which we received the corresponding Customer payments.

5.5 You are responsible for providing correct payment details (such as bank account or other supported methods) and for all taxes, VAT and other obligations that apply to you. We may ask for identification or tax information before paying out.

Tracking, cookies & attribution (last-click)

Affiliate tracking is determined by the affiliate code used in the LiftBetter app.

• Affiliate code: the code is chosen by the Affiliate during registration and can be changed later in the affiliate dashboard.
• Download: counted when a user enters an affiliate code in the in-app paywall (no purchase required).
• Subscription: counted when a user makes a purchase using an affiliate code.
• Discount: users receive a 10% discount when they enter a valid affiliate code.
• First code wins: if multiple codes are entered, only the first code counts for both downloads and subscriptions.

6. Fraud, misuse and adjustments

6.1 We may withhold or cancel commission, and/or remove you from the program, if we reasonably suspect:

• fraudulent sign‑ups or payments;
• self‑referrals intended only to obtain commission for your own use of the LiftBetter App;
• manipulation of tracking (cookie stuffing, fake traffic, bots, etc.);
• serious or repeated breach of these terms or of applicable law.

6.2 We may correct tracking errors, refund‑related reversals or obvious mistakes in our reporting and adjust your commission accordingly.

7. Duration and termination

7.1 These affiliate terms apply from the moment we accept you into the program.

7.2 You may leave the program at any time by notifying us via the contact details on the website or by closing your affiliate account.

7.3 We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, for example if:

• you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms;
• your content harms the reputation of OptimalFitness or LiftBetter;
• your account remains inactive for a long period (for example, no referred paying Customers for 12 consecutive months).

7.4 After termination:

• you must stop using your Affiliate code and any promotional materials we supplied;
• you are no longer entitled to new commission for subscriptions started after the termination date;
• we will still pay out any commission that was already definitively earned before termination, according to these terms and our payout rules.

8. Liability and disclaimers

8.1 You are responsible for your own Affiliate channels, content and compliance with applicable laws (including advertising and privacy rules) in the countries where you operate.

8.2 The LiftBetter App and the affiliate dashboard are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results for Customers, or any minimum income for Affiliates.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimalFitness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit or data) arising from or related to the affiliate program. Our total direct liability towards you is limited to the total amount of commission paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

9. Data protection

9.1 You may only receive limited information about Customers, and only as far as this is visible in your dashboard (for example anonymised stats) or shared by the Customer directly with you.

9.2 You must handle any personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR) and our privacy policy. You may not export or reuse app user data that you obtain through the affiliate program in a way that conflicts with those rules.

10. Changes to these terms

10.1 We may update these affiliate terms from time to time, for example if our app, business model or legal obligations change.

10.2 If we make material changes, we will publish the new version on this page and/or inform you via email or in the dashboard before the changes take effect. By continuing to use your Affiliate code after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

11.1 These affiliate terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

11.2 Unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

This affiliate terms page is intended for the OptimalFitness affiliate program for the LiftBetter app and replaces previous versions based on third‑party programs or product marketplaces.
